To launch its new London site, US food media outlet Eater hosted a panel discussion in July looking at issues and things to celebrate about the London restaurant industry in 2017.

Chaired by its editor Adam Coghlan, I featured as a panellist alongside ES Magazine restaurant critic Grace Dent, restaurant PR Gemma Bell, chef and cookbook author Yotam Ottolenghi, and food writer George Reynolds.
