Pergola on The Roof Winter is a series of restaurants on a roof above the old BBC building in White City, West London, open throughout the autumn / winter of 2016. Run by Incipio Events, the company responsible for the successful Feast and Little Feast street food festivals, as well as Market Yard pop-up restaurants, I brought on (and endorsed) three well-known restaurants to be part of the project: Snaps + Rye (modern Danish small plates); Le Bab (wood-fired Middle Eastern dishes); Gunpowder (contemporary & traditional Bengali cuisine).
